In addition to being a journalist, I'm a novelist, former screenwriter, and the author of a dozen non-fiction tech books, which are published by Pearson and Apress.
Of the films I've written and directed, one comedy aired on PBS, while some of my other films for The Art Institute of Chicago brought the world of art to life for children. My screenplays have been optioned by Disney and my film journalism has been published in several industry publications, including Screen.
After discovering many of Hollywood’s dirty little secrets while working for 20th Century Fox, I left and spent five years with Apple as a consultant. Since then, I've moved to Europe and written my first novel (based on those dirty little Hollywood secrets).
I have given interviews about Apple and/or the technology sector as a whole to the BBC, ABC, NBC, PBS, Capital magazine (France), and Revista Veja (Brazil).
My writing is read by millions of people each month.
